ITINERARY
Day 1 – Arrival in Cusco
Fly into Cusco, the heart of the ancient Inca Empire. If your schedule allows, consider staying a few extra days to explore this vibrant city. Stroll through the Plaza de Armas, the city’s lively central square, or visit Sacsayhuamán, an impressive Incan archaeological site just outside of town. Keep in mind that Cusco sits at the highest altitude of your journey— approximately 3,450m (11,319 ft)—so take it easy and allow time for acclimatization before heading down to the Sacred Valley.

Day 2: Arrival & Opening Circle
Welcome to the Sacred Valley, where our journey of reconnection begins. After being picked up in Cusco, you will take a scenic 1.5-hour drive down through the landscapes of the Andes to Urubamba, nestled at a comfortable 2,980 meters (9,420 ft) above sea level. Upon arrival, you will settle into our accommodations— a cozy, rustic 7-bedroom house rich in spiritual tradition.
In the evening, we gather for a welcome dinner and an opening circle, setting the foundation for our time together. Here, we introduce the daily practice of intention-setting, gratitude, celebrations, and mournings, to create space for self-expression and reconnection.

Day 3: Andean Ceremony & Sound Healing
Today, we immerse ourselves in the wisdom of the mountains with a sacred Andean ceremony led by a Q’ero healer, the keepers of ancient Incan traditions. In this meaningful ritual, we honor the earth, the mountains, and the unseen energies that guide us, offering gratitude and setting intentions for healing and balance. Through traditional practices, we open our hearts to the blessings of Pachamama, mother Earth, aligning ourselves with the natural flow of life. Later, we come together in the evening for a singing bowl session, allowing the soothing vibrations to wash over us, quieting the mind and restoring harmony within.

Day 4: Hike to Naupa Iglesia & Meditation
Today, we take a short, yet steep hike to Naupa Iglesia, a hidden Incan temple known for its deep spiritual energy. As we walk through the Sacred Valley, we embrace the stillness of the mountains and the wisdom of the land. Upon reaching the site, we pause for a meditation, allowing the energy of this ancient place to quiet our minds and open our hearts. In silence, we set intentions, release what no longer serves us, and reconnect with ourselves.
